NPR has learned that the Bush administration is pushing for increased military action along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. The plan is part of an effort to kill or capture Osama bin Laden and other top al-Qaida leaders before Election Day on Nov. 4.

So they weren’t trying before? And now, only when there’s an election at stake, they’re trying as hard as possible?

Evidently, “The View” is filled with people who ask tougher questions than the mainstream media.
