An Angie Stone classic gets some fresh remixes…

“Wish I Didn’t Miss You” is Angie Stone’s classic song. Its steeped in soul, Angie has a tremendous voice, and the lyrics are fantastic. Lots of DJ’s have touched this track, but here are two of my favorites:

1. Captain Planet of Captain’s Crate (excellent blog!) just put out his mix, catch it here for free.

2. Dave Nada put a Gnarls Barkley spin on this record a few years back. This version is truly excellent, has a spacey fele to it, and is definitely worth a some quality spins. Grab it here, for free.

The classic: Angie Stone – Wish I Didn’t Miss You
(look out for Tracee Ellis Ross stealing her man)

Compare it to the The O’Jay’s – Backstabbers
