Scouring the Waivers for Raider additions

The Raiders have some interesting prospects out there to shore up their WR and FB spots. Roydell Williams, former Tenessee WR would be an interesting prospect, as would former Dolphins starting FB Reagan Mauia and former Eagle FB Jason Davis.

Also of note, the release of 49ers WR Ashley Lelie, WR Glenn Martinez, WR David Ball, WR Reche Caldwell, WR Brett Swain, WR Samie Parker. No one outstanding appears on this list, but all the Raiders need is a 3rd or 4th WR to shore up their team.

Rolling Stone magazine provides a painful look back on the history of Lauryn Hill’s unforgettable album, “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.” A lot of fans continue to hope that she will produce new music, reappear with The Fugees, or at least publicly show some signs of normalcy. Mr. Oyejide is busy getting a law degree right now but if you leave him a message maybe he’ll get back to recording sometime soon.

My Side of the Mountain

I loved this movie when I was a kid – it is the classic boys wilderness story. I also used to love going to Yosemite, so these two things are closely associated childhood memories. There’s not much more I can say without sounding totally cheesy, so I’ll leave it at that.

Common – Announcement

Common’s new video, Announcement. I like the video, but the song is nothing special.

Vodpod videos no longer available.
